WNBA Finals Open Best-of-Five Series Sunday on ESPN(Comments Off)
The Atlanta Dream and Minnesota Lynx will compete for the WNBA title in a best-of-five series beginning in Minneapolis on Sunday, Oct. 2, at 8:30 p.m. ET on ESPN and ESPN3. ESPN2 and ESPN3 will offer the remainder of the series. The Lynx, the top overall seed, reached the WNBA Finals for the first time in franchise history with a 27-7 record. The 2011 WNBA All-Star Game presented by adidas will showcase the league’s best players Saturday, July 23, at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC. The San Antonio Silver Stars will host the event for the first time at the AT&T Center. Dave Pasch will provide play-by-play with analyst Carolyn Peck and reporter Heather Cox.
