New Video Series In the Game with Robin Roberts to be Featured on espnW.com, ABC News Digital and ESPN.com

Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts will host a new video series In the Game with Robin Roberts on espnW.com, ABC News Digital and ESPN.com it was announced today by George Bodenheimer, President, ESPN and ABC Sports and co-chairman, Disney Media Networks.

As part of his remarks at the espnW: Women + Sports Summit, Bodenheimer stated the new series is the first ever dual network, cross platform effort for ABC News and ESPN.  The short, original digital series will have a presence on Good Morning America, ABC News Digital and ESPN.com.  The series will feature Roberts interviewing top female athletes who have had a unique and unforgettable impact on the world of women’s sports. Upcoming episodes will include conversations with Maya Moore, Lisa Leslie, Jennie Finch, Laila Ali, Hope Solo and Pat Summitt. The series is set to debut later this fall.

 The second annual espnW Summit is bringing together some of the most talented female athletes and experts in Tucson, Ariz. Sept. 26-28. Featured speakers include Billie Jean King, Abby Wambach and Laurel Richie.
